Originally trained as a Functional Medicine practitioner, focusing primarily on reproductive, hormonal, and sexual health, Lara recognised the profound impact of lack of early education and emotional well-being on intimate relationships, prompting her to pursue a Master's in Sexology to specialise in Psychosexual and Relational Therapy.

Lara's therapeutic approach is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals and people in relationships can openly explore and address their unique sexual and relational challenges. She adopts a multidisciplinary perspective that considers the biological, psychological, and sexual aspects that shape the experiences of her clients.
